I have been in healthcare for 34 years, I have work all across the US. This is hands down the worst Doctors I have ever worked with. I fear for my patients safety daily. No union so you have no protection, They just ended their pension program, many people had put in 20-35 years just to have their pensions ripped away. Unsafe patient nurse ratios across all departments. No continuing education, just have you watch videos and then guess the answers as many times as needed to pass the quiz at the end. Very heart breaking as this used to be an excellent hospital.

Treat their nurses badly No support! I will and do tell other nurses to avoid at all costs! Tell you got a good review from patient but to let you know they don’t care This is how you could have even made it better WHAT THE HECK Gaslighting is their mandate from management.
