Somewhat flexible schedule, other staff understands how bad it is and will help each other.

Cons

Administration expects staff to take on hilarious workloads and stay over their scheduled shifts sometimes up to 8 hours. Often not enough staff for the number of patients in house.

Management is horrible, does not care about staff Manager constantly leaves early while leaving staff short-handed Assistant manager rude, unprofessional—yelled at staff in front of coworkers in hallway Does not care about staff overall, only their image
