It all starts with the leader of the company, Robert Cole. Robert is an extremely intelligent and caring person who has compiled an amazing group of leaders on his team. The senior leadership team are all exceptional leaders who provide the necessary support, respect and innovative recommendations to help in any way they can. The growth of the portfolio as well as the supporting cast in our Corporate Office has been amazing to see over the past 2 years, and I look forward to an even better 2020!

The company culture is infectious! I love that they provide support while still allowing you to lead the hotel. They are excellent at ensuring you feel supported in your role. There is also great opportunities to grow within the company.
