Good if you like working with hotels and restaurants Independent/ remote work opportunities
Cons
Only one product line ( Oracle) and competitive with Oracle itself so not good environment to partner Home grown product line is weak and not ready for real customer Managment has big culture issues working with various countries, try to do everything the Russian way Internal developed CRM system is impossible to use They look for every opportunity to pay less and slow down expenses. Always a fight to get paid back.
