Cons

Unpredictable & Long Hours Irregular schedule: Projects often involve tight deadlines, last-minute client requests, or travel — so work hours can be long and unpredictable. Peak periods can be intense: Especially during hotel openings, events, or audits, you might have to work weekends or late nights.

Pros

The website interface is relatively easy to navigate, and there are multiple hotel options available for booking.

Cons

The customer service is extremely slow and unhelpful. I faced issues with a hotel reservation, and it took days to get a response. Their refund policy is unclear, and they refuse to take responsibility for mistakes. Hidden fees and unexpected charges make the experience frustrating. Would not recommend using HRS for booking.
