1) The co-workers are top-notch 2) The atmosphere is inviting, collaborative, and generally positive 3) The work is challenging and interesting, but management maintains a strong sense of work life balance. 4) Management cares about the employees

Cons

1) The pace of work is extremely fast sometimes to the point of being overwhelming 2) It can be difficult working with the main office in London

Nice people and good atmosphere to work in. Loads of benefits are offered to employees

Location Building Work on latest tech Hold great events, e.g. bbq, offsites, events, meetups etc. Sociable teams Friendly and approachable people at all levels

Cons

A lot of flexibility within delivery teams can lead to less standardisation which can make it tricky to gather metrics Sometimes less is better...
