A few pros are the pay, work from home option, and some are the customers are nice.

Cons

The entire company is a tad unorganized. One manager says one thing and the other days another. On my first day I emailed the CEO and provided a few ways for the business to run smoothly. An east coast company that huggers from all over the US but doesn’t know the law about OT, Covid, etc. I plan report my experience to the local work place union.
