1. low wages compared with other providers. be ready to 20 / h. lucky ones or families manager can reach 23 /h). 2. there is not 1 manager with experience or certification in IT. 3. there is no training, just 1 week of pathetic training with one unknowlegeas of the technicians I saw in 20 years of experience. 4. they use an 'on-call week'( nothing that on-call shift) is a 12-16 h shift with no pre-call advice. be ready to wake up in the night to help managers friends to fix 1 TV when they heve other 4 tv at home just for the pleasure of these pathetic and unprofessionals NO ITs people to feel importants. 5. their system ones of the worst ever, their technology 5 years back or more. 5. no respect for holidays.
