      Incompetence as an art form

      A regular paycheck, good group of hard-working front-line staff & customer facing workers.

      Cons

      Upper management (GM and Dept heads) that did not communicate or care about workers; shady business and financial practices resulting in frozen business credit and techs having to pay for own gasoline for vehicles and paying for their own supplies; rampant nepotism; hostile work environment.

      Pros

      Getting your paycheck, having a job and some managers. Company funded lunches. Comfortable desk chairs. Higher management is nice when they come into town.

      Cons

      Benefits for health insurance are high. Managers don’t want to help you. Services are terrible so your get cursed out. Micromanaging. You work on major holidays.
