The rate of pay is better than your typical telecommunications company.

Cons

Needs better incentives for the empoyees. Needs consistancy with communications between management and employees. Does not provide annual pay increases.

Pros

Hotwire is a growing internet/cable company in the Atlanta area. They provide the fastest internet speeds available. Most of the employees are a pleasure to work with and go out of their way to assist with anything needed.

Cons

Reliability can sometimes be shaky depending on what community you live. Some communities have a higher priority and will receive more attention. The equipment provided to customers are not the best and will fail. Customer support for this company is not the worse, but definitely not in the top tier.

Steady work, and they provided coffee.

Cons

No management communication between lower management. No accountability for errors on customer accounts. Can't depend on supervisor's promises. Not an amiable work environment. Was not working position I was hired for and promised. (Technician)
