      - Great co-workers that I could go to when I had a questions - My team lead was very responsive - Management tries to listen to the team concerns - Pay is average in this job market

      Cons

      - Management needs to work on policy and procedures and making sure they are enforced. This is essential so the employees have a baseline of what is acceptable and what is not - No benefits until 90 days in the job

      If you are desperate for some money.

      Cons

      Lack of Structure and Very Toxic Environment. If you want to have mental health issues, go and work for Hotwire. You will be walking on egg shells everyday because they make firing decisions on a whim. If someone is having a bad day, you could get fired!
