A paycheck and benefits after 60 days.

Cons

There are no comprehensive positions here. From entry level to the top tier positions you would not aspire to become or mentor most of them. There are a few that are newer in their positions and are delusional about working hard toward some kind of success. This is not what this company promotes or appreciates. It appears as if the people who stay cannot land another job or don’t want to because they don’t want to be held accountable for proven performance or are simply content with mediocracy.

Terrible! Management really needs a management course or two. The lack of management here at this company you would not believe. The moral is extremely low. Great employees are highly unappreciated. Promises of raises do not happen. You can be at the top of the rankings for months on end while others fall below the average and still you will not be rewarded. It is a shame that with all of these bad reviews (all of which I have read and most of which are beyond valid) no one has done anything to correct these issues.

Owners are not accountable, they are never around. VPs and senior managers practice rampant nepotism and favoritism. There are no evaluations so you never know how well you are performing in any tasks given. Its the complete worst. Don't work here unless desperate.
