      Great atmosphere. More family like here. Seems like Everyone loves working here. Benefits are some of the best and bonuses are great.

      Cons

      Pay could be better all around for a hospital system this big. PTO selling should be better managed why give me the option to sell for 100% but you won’t pay out until May of the following year?
