      Good pay, there are a lot of people who worked there for over than 20 years.

      Don't support you if you want a career growth. Bad medical benefits.

      benefits, close to home, development opportunities are great (if your manager lets you go to courses/classes)

      Cons

      -takes a while to get hired on -hard to transfer after 6 month waiting period -very much physician centered therefore no investigation will come up if lies are told to management if they do not like you

      * I CARE culture that is visible throughout the organization (multi-million dollar employee assistance fund set-up after Hurricane Harvey to help employees who suffered damages from the storm; everyone received a "whole" paycheck for the week of the storm whether they were able to make it to work or not; those who did make it to work received $100 bonus for each day during the worst of the storm; counseling and support for those impacted by the storm; opportunities to volunteer in the community on an annual basis while being paid to do so) * Excellent benefits (DCP with min. of 3% of salary deposited annually plus 2% match on 403b; great medical/dental/vision; quarterly pt. satisfaction perf. bonuses plus other occasional bonuses; generous PTO; robust Wellness program)

      Large organization but department/division/entity cohesiveness helps make it still feel like a family
