      Houston Methodist Hospital (HMH) is one of the best hospitals in the nation, and is nationally ranked in 10 specialties.

      Pros

      HMH has a great atmosphere and is continuously growing. On top of great benefits, HMH prides itself on having good job security.

      Cons

      I guess it depends on who you ask, but because HMH is extremely competitive in the rankings, you are obligated to figuratively kiss patients' feet.

      Pros

      Great hospital, highly specialized specialists, top notch medical equipment within the hospital system. Good pay compared to other competitors. Opportunity to work with clients/patients from around the globe. New open space office with lots of sun.

      Cons

      No room for growth in administrative/ clerical positions. Tends to have long hours, sometimes weekends with no compensation if you are salaried FT. Duties not fairly divided within the same team, leading to decreased efficiency and increased stress within the team. Moody management, with no persistent goals or guidelines.
