Top hospital in Texas in world's largest medical center. Excellent patient experience. Culture of caring and compassion.

Cons

Highly competitive work environment. Difficult to be noticed for more than one day even when managers in other teams or executives have commended you to your manager or you've been asked to stand in a room of 400 department members to be recognized for great work. Difficult to move up unless you happen to work for a manager who cares about their people, which is rare.
