      Pros

      The tenured people who worked at TMH were wonderful to work with. The home/life balance was important when I was first hired.

      Cons

      There was not a career progression plan for non nurses. Management who have been grandfathered into management positions were very discouraging to subordinates who advanced their education.

      Great organization, extremely flexible, and benefits are great.

      Cons

      Salary is horrible!! When moving up or moving to different departments within the organization you are only given pennies. Many have have said you have to leave for a months and re-apply back to get the salary you deserve.
