      Pay, occasional bonuses, autonomy, relatively relaxed environment

      Cons

      Career advancement very limited in current department; worked 40 hours a week as a "PRN" (read: zero benefits like health insurance and PTO accrual) for seven months before being reclassified as a FT employee despite having nearly three years of highly relevant nursing experience.

      Great company bad leadership

      I loved Methodist the company. Takes care of employees w bonuses and education opportunities.

      Cons

      Leadership. When u have You have been there for a long time they tend to show loyalty towards tenured employees. Usually these employees have connections with HR representatives in higher ups. It’s hard to try and move around if your manager doesn’t want you to it’s hard to report non-professional behaviors when you know it’s gonna go nowhere
