free parking, sometimes free food, coworkers are okay sometimes

Cons

The new ER Director acts like a robot and really unprofessional. He ignores alot of ER Issues. The equipment is always broken and its new. We have unsafe ratios and the ER always tries to drag in to drama . For the first time methodist is skimping my pay and not paying me overtime . I wonder if they are having money issues .
