Good benefits, lots of room for career growth. They support those who are furthering their education. Methodist is big on patient satisfaction and they is non negotiable.

Cons

Overworked, too much workplace politics. The workload for a floor nurse is way too much. They could do a better job with staffing and nurse to patient ration
