      In the Medical Center. Cardiac unit with Balloon Pump, LVAD, Impellers.

      Cons

      Aggressive and indirect discrimination. Unrealistic expectations of Staff RN. Sink or Swim mentality with micromanagement, Civil incivility. (2019-2022).
