      People seem to genuinely enjoy working here. Big system with a lot of resources and investment into their employees. Wellness center

      Cons

      Big system, slow to embrace change. Diversity efforts do not include LGBT community.

      I love my co workers, but that's about it.

      Pay is not commensurate with experience, education, or certifications. High turnover, inexperienced management and charge nurses. High turnover.

      This company has been listed on Fortune's 100 Best Places to Work for a number of years. Under new leadership so long-term future is yet to be determined.

      Cons

      Some areas are understaffed, which causes stress, overload and poor work/life balance. However, it's a good environment for learning, especially for those just beginning their career.
