Pros
prestigious institute- employment experience there looks great on a job resume exposure to leading medicine and nursing- many of the physicians are pioneers in surgery, and (nurses as a whole at tmh) are the most educated in the country
Cons
mid level management has a ridiculous amount of control over staff employees through scheduling, promotions, assignments, ect.. and the managers/directors themselves are not held accountable for any actions
