Fun and rapidly changing industry

Cons

PTO time has been removed without warning including all current balances, very high turnover, new health insurance is unaffordable for the pay they offer. Sales force is allowed to run rampant with every rule or procedure being disregarded along the way. HR has made it clear that she would not like to be bothered. The list goes on.
