The mission of Howard is excellence in truth and service. Howard, itself, is a long legacy of richness towards academia and community.

Cons

There are so many fires to put out on a daily basis that the core of duties become a fire themselves. If there were infrequent abnormals to daily duties, exceptions could be handled accordingly. However, if you are skilled, you will be pulled upon without consideration of the resources that you need for an excellent job.

Tradition, Pride, History and that’s about it that’s half way good. If you are a snake like person than this is a good place to be.

Cons

Management is way to Corrupt and will avoid accountability by any means necessary.

Great leave and vacation. I like my work.

Cons

Benefits such as insurance are not good if you do not use the HUH. The pay is not competitive here. low pay and you will have to do more than one person's job if positions are vacant without compensation.
