      Pay is ok but they penny pinch the hourly

      Man where to start. Upper horrible all they do is try to bark orders while sitting at a desk. Most floor supervisors don’t know they job. They will ask for 10000 favors to get more production but don’t expect nothing back in return. Safety a joke. If it stops production that’s the only way they fix it otherwise it’s not a big deal. We work 12 days on 2 off (every other weekend is mandatory) but maintenance gets every weekend off if they want it. Union gave the pension back for anybody hired after 2010. Company threatened to move the presses to Mexico

      Full time and then some.

      Cons

      Treated like garbage Mandatory overtime for maintenance but not anyone else. About $10/hr below current skilled trades wages and they can't understand why they can't hire anyone.
