      Pros

      very little supervision, employees are given the opportunity to create their own success in their market and leverage their relationships to reach their goals.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best, the lack of creates a lot of frustration in trying to understand the companies goals, objective and vision.

      Lack of empowerment, ethnic bias, very hierarchical , average shelf life for non-Chinese is very low "little chief" mentality, small minded middle management Army-like chain of command

      Pros

      -good benefit package -brand is relatively under-developed in the US so good time to gain experience in building it from scratch -co-workers overall are hard-working and friendly people

      Cons

      -pay is very low compared to other telecom companies -everything is micromanaged from China; US division has little say in what to do with its own business; very bureaucratic -no sense of direction on where the company is heading to -bad products, poor service -you're expected to work around the clock -employees are not assets, just robots to get the work done, trust me, you'll feel VERY STRONGLY about this -no career advancement nor training; the same people kept on getting promoted while the rest remain at the same position for 3-5 years before they decided to not waste their time here and either quit on themselves or get laid off -the company is deteriorating because the US government will not allow it to thrive -performance rating is a joke
