      --Everything is controlled out of HQ. You may think you are in charge of a team or a project, but you are not. --A lot of negative press about backdoors and spyware in the products. FCC is trying to ban Huawei products. Made it very hard to sell right now, thus they laid off a lot of people --Sometimes hard to get resources on a project
