      Pros

      Quality products. Good pay and bonuses.

      Cons

      Heavy hand of China, no US led strategy. US Management team are mere figureheads. Career paths are non existent. Typical Chinese company that neither trusts its employees or values customer relationships.

      Pros

      When times are good bonuses are good.

      Cons

      No career path. There's heavy dependency on China so if you don't speak Mandarin it can be tough. Management was not really involved in day to day activities. Usually just acted as a people manager instead of a team manager therefore interaction was usually during performance reviews.

      Pros

      Pay above average, if you are full time employee will have good benefit.

      Cons

      You will have to be on email most of the time, even you are on PTO. Will not have chance to move up, all management level are expatriates from China.
