      Pros

      Compensation is not bad comparing to other similar companies. It has a relatively good work life balance. The company also offers stock dividends, which is not typical for other similar IT companies.

      Cons

      The corporate culture is pretty much Chinese style. The US site does not have its own budget, so everything is led by the HQ side, which means the US teams have less control over the projects. One of the annoying thing is that the IT infrastructure is really not good.

      I have not seen any..

      Cons

      No work life balance and very less salary to the technical people. Indian Management is worst which have spoiled the culture in India..Indians working like slaves..

      Pros

      Great growth opportunities. Strong company with great resources and professional teams. Strong sense of team work, and aggressive business philosophy to reach projects.

      Cons

      Problems for knowledge retention (Knowledge Management sharing). High number of employees are externally hired through third companies, and are not staff, creating sometimes certain environment of mistrust among employees.
