Thank you for your review, and for working at HubSpot-we are so glad you're here and hopefully you had a great week last week for INBOUND week. On data-driven, we are building out a new ops team under JD, Mark, and Chris, and in customer success, Alison just added a new leader to work specifically on data and systems and operational excellence, so I think and hope you'll see impact on both fronts shortly. Really appreciate you taking time to give us this feedback, thanks for helping us grow! -Katie

Sorry for the delay this came out while I was on sabbatical. Thanks for the feedback, and glad to hear that you feel we hold true to our promise on autonomy and pace, I appreciate that. With regard to compensation, sorry to hear you feel that way-we spend a lot of time benchmarking our compensation data (both base and equity) with norms by location, team, experience, you name it, but if you have a specific concern about your own comp, would love for you to consider chatting with your HR business partner--it helps us get a bit more granular on your concerns and ensure we follow through on them. Appreciate the feedback and thanks for being a HubSpotter! -Katie

Pros

Great team, great culture, great employee benefits, strict hiring process so that they usually weed out people who are all talk and no brains

Cons

Culture is eroding fast due to rapid company expansion. No real growth opportunities. Work-life balance looks more like a metric to hit rather than actually caring about this balance. Employees forced to work back-to-back tasks non-stop all day and pressured to go home on time. A lot of burnout.

Thanks for being a HubSpot alumni, and for your feedback. Life-work fit is definitely something we are still working to evolve as we grow--the autonomy we offer everyone is great, but can also mean folks don't always unplug as much as they/we might like, so we have to find a good middle ground there. Nonetheless, we really do value employee feedback via the ENPS and other channels, so I think folks over the past six months have seen some of the meaningful changes we have made as a direct result of employee input. Sorry to hear you didn't see that first-hand--I promise it's a critical priority for what we do here and that we care deeply about getting both our broad culture and our support culture right. Sincerely, Katie
