Pros

Between the free snacks/beer and the gym, I have everything I need at the office. Culture is catered to everyone and the company outlook is great.

Cons

It is a pretty competitive culture in the sales org, so if you are not ready to share your performance on a daily basis over lunch...it may be a bit awkward for you.

*The company is on a fast growth trajectory *Management truly want to make the company the best place to work *Management have a track record of making the tough decisions to improve the company and address challenges to continue their growth without compromising on making HubSpot a good place to work. * Change is constant

Cons

*Change is constant *Short term property decisions, We keep outgrowing our office, lets get a home to grow into, not out of *Pension scheme is still towards the bottom of the market even after a small increase in 2016. In Ireland its one of the few tax benefits the government allows PAYE workers so its a missed opportunity.
