      Pros

      Perks perks perks! What's not to love about the autonomy you get in this company? Everyone here is smart enough that the one policy "Use Good Judgement" doesn't get broken. That means free beer, unlimited vacation days, pets in the office, food galore!

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow at a rapid pace, you begin to feel lost in a crowd of unfamiliarity. People who aren't as social or extroverted may begin to feel a little overwhelmed.
