      Pros

      Worked at HubSpot for just under 5 years, before making a move to take on a bit more risk working at a startup. Everything about HubSpot is great. You have the opportunity to switch roles pretty easily, try out new things, and always be learning. Pay is competitive and the benefits are great. Benefits are definitely something that I miss now making the move to a smaller company. Still very connected to a lot of friends from HubSpot - people are awesome.

      Cons

      Over my time at HubSpot - the internal politics definitely turned into something that was a little annoying, but not surprising for a company that grew from 100 to 2000 in my time there.

      Amazing place to work

      Pros

      - In scale up mode so you get to push yourself further than in most companies, and you get to take on a lot of responsibility - amazing work colleagues - smart, talented and some of the nicest people I have ever met - The culture is really special - the company works hard to create and maintain such a great environment and culture but it shows. It is one of the most inspirational cultures I have ever worked in.

      Cons

      None that I can think of... I have never seen a company that genuinely cares about its employees so much. And if you hire really smart people, treat them really well, give them interesting work to do... bingo... the company does really well!
