- IMPACT!!! - You will be pushed hard on interesting projects. - Smart, hardworking people to work with and learn from. - Immense amount of trust put in you on Day 1. - Tons of investment in platform and tooling, allowing developers to move fast. - Plush office & fun events

Cons

No job is perfect, but I can't think of anything unique to HubSpot.

Pros

I'm surrounded all day by brilliant, thoughtful, and ambitious people. Collaboration and ideas from the very bottom of the chain is not only accepted but highly encouraged - I've always felt like HubSpot genuinely values my ideas and seeks them. Everyday I am challenged to learn new skills and continue growing with the company. Couldn't recommend this HubSpot enough, it's easily the best place to work in this industry!

Flexibility and Faith in Leadership - A+

Pros

Extremely flexible schedule. I work from home once a week and feel fully supported and connected with the team. Great collaboration tools. Office facilities are top notch and great perks (coffee garden, with a TEA BOT, snacks, beer, etc.). Benefits are great.

Cons

401k match could be better. There are some typical office politics but especially with the PeopleOps team which is a little concerning since they are the folks you are supposed to go to when problems arise. That being said, I still fully believe in HubSpot and love working here.
