HubSpot really values their employees well-being and they continue to practice what they preach by allowing work to be flexible and encouraging a healthy, positive work environment

Pros

Walk the walk on flexible work - choose how you work, unlimited paid leave, global week of rest, paid sabbatical... Enormous opportunity to grow both in role, and through professional development opportunities and investment in education.

Cons

HubSpot is scaling fast - pace of growth means you need to be comfortable operating through ambiguity and adapting to change. Hybrid work environment does make building connections a little different to pre-pandemic, people considering a career here should be aware of HubSpot’s hybrid work approach.
