Been here for 4 months and: Super supportive management Very realistic targets The people at Hubspot are absolutely incredible humans who literally demonstrate the company values There is always someone to help The pay is great, comms are great and VERY achievable Office is stocked with food and drink Additional benefits for PHI, gym, ebooks, L&D Hubspot is the definition of a business who invests in their people

Great Comapany Great Culture

Pros

Really value work/life balance. Senior management want to help you fulfil your potential. Very open to new ideas and encourage collaboration. The office is in a fantastic location and beautifully designed.

Cons

I'm struggling to think of any. I have worked in the industry for a long time and worked in all areas. Hubspot ticks a lot more boxes than any company I have worked in. That includes a large social media company.
