Fantastic people, always there to support you, help you grow and give you room to be your authentic self. You work with an incredible product that makes it a lot of fun to talk about with potential prospects. There is a clear career path, your success is in your hands. The overall vibes and energy is absolutely amazing, everyone is positive, hard working, genuine, and supportive.

Cons

Because HubSpot is such a rocket ship, it can be tiring after a work day or week. Luckily, there is a great work live balance here and my manager makes sure of that :)

Pros

- Great efforts on maintaining a strong, honest culture & company values - Great, down-to-earth leadership team - Full transparency on company status & decisions being taken - Very strong Engineering department - Many opportunities to grow (within role & beyond)

Cons

HubSpot is a big company, and it may feel daunting coming from a smaller one. There is a certain way of doing things, but everything makes sense. I am actually surprised how little process/bureaucracy there is in general (as far as I've been exposed to).
