Katie L is indeed delightful, I'll pass along the feedback to her and to her manager--appreciate you sending it our way and welcome officially to HubSpot! Love seeing our team in Melbourne continue to grow--hiring more folx remotely in Australia is so critical to our growth, so thanks for helping lead the charge there! -Katie

Pros

I've recently joined the HubSpot Team and wanted to share my experience for anyone looking to join: - Katie from the Recruitment Team was incredible, she gave me all of the tools and guidance I needed to prepare for my rounds of interviews. She stayed in touch and always helped answer any questions I had. - The interviews may seem daunting but senior management are extremely welcoming and kind, they want you to succeed and provide amazing feedback to help you benefit from the experience the best you can. - In my first week, the Onboarding process is world-class. The information, tools, and systems they have available for new hires is endless. You can really deep dive into every aspect of the company and teach yourself anything you want to know. - Jason Ong who lead the orientation during the first week makes you feel very welcomed and ensures he's your first contact incase you need anything at all. - They are very passionate about work/life balance and ensuring you have enough breaks to spend time digesting information and learning at your own pace. - The benefits included for working at HubSpot are very secondary to the actual role and company itself. Once you're in, it's very hard to see yourself working anywhere else!

Cons

I'm honestly yet to find any Cons, so far everything HubSpot provides is perfectly manicured and very well thought out.

Pros

Amazing culture, amazing benefits, amazing people, amazing product, great coaching

Cons

Aggressive quota, but that's just part of a sales position. Hard to call it a Con.

Thanks for being a Channel Account Manager with HubSpot and for the detailed reviews. We are working super hard to maintain culture and innovation, so appreciate the callout, and agree-quotas are challenging, but we do our very best to support our sales org on the inputs they need to make monthly quotas more manageable. Thanks for the feedback! -Katie
