      Great recruitment experience

      Pros

      - Well designed recruitment process: it's very structured and logical, with clear information at each step. - Fantastic recruitment team: super responsive, fun and supportive throughout the process. They brought the company culture alive right from our first contact which energised the whole process.

      Cons

      - Recruitment is indeed tough (but given the great process and support from the team, you know what you are getting yourself into)

      - Welcoming and inclusive environment - You are provided with the training, equipment and resources you need to be successful - Diverse employer who hires from all backgrounds - Clear transparent interview process - Offer completely remote opportunities

      Cons

      - The interview criteria and scorecard can make the interview process a little stressful, however I do endorse it and it's nothing you wouldn't already handle in your day-to-day
