Pros

Finally a company that does what it says it will! Extremely transparent - Shares all decisions and the thinking behind Committed to DI&B & actively making changes to increase and support diversity in the workplace Supportive leaders Lot's of opportunity for growth and development, internal training, courses, programs available + education allowance. Great work life balance, work anywhere and unlimited paid annual leave benefit.

Cons

Global company can sometimes mean that ANZ isn't on the right time frame for major company meetings and announcements. It also means that some processes are a bit clunky as they are designed for the US and might not work as smoothly in other regions (eg simple approvals or support taking 24-48 hours as no one in ANZ in these roles)
