The culture is real and is apparent every single day through interactions with colleagues, teams and managers. Your home life is respected. Your mental health is respected. You, the person you are inside, is respected. Your need for a work/life balance is respected and encouraged. Why? Bc when things are aligned, you perform better in all areas. That’s winning! Only a few months in, but every day, I still feel like I won the lottery. The day that I got the call (it was on my bday last year), I felt like I won a coveted spot, and still feeling very grateful to be here today. But guess what? Hubspot makes YOU feel like they also won the lottery by having you here. You feel important to your team and to Hubspot as a whole every day. You are praised and also given positive, constructive ways to be better. They want you to grow. It IS all it’s cracked up to be, and prob so much more. I am here for it and can’t wait to keep learning and growing better at Hubspot!
