Pros
Culture is amazing - great people to work with, very supportive, values communicated and shown throughout organization A lot of training and guidance. Feel very supported and that I have the tools to succeed. Flexibility to work schedule/remote and in person options.
Cons
I honestly can not think of anything. The one thing that can be a little difficult is onboarding remotely (if you are remote) but you have a lot of people to connect with and ask questions.
