Pros
HubSpot has been by far the best and most inclusive and diverse place I have ever worked. The people are incredible and the truly want you to bring your whole self to work. I can't say enough good things about the culture and the onboarding. I have worked so many places where they just drop you in the ocean and say good luck. HubSpot really has thought out the onboarding and trains its employees well from the beginning imo. The perks and benefits are great and I think my favorite part is feeling like they actually treat me like an adult. No looking over my shoulder and micromanaging.
Cons
There are no perfect companies and HubSpot acknowledges this well I think by constantly soliciting feedback. I think that because of how fast the company is growing and with how many remote employees have been added sometimes it can be hard to find answers to questions you have. You can't walk down the hall and ask someone. But I think they are actively working on this and it is getting better.
