Pros

They say that they make things work. To my suprise they do! Am with the company now for 3 months, and I am so happy to have made the switch. Culture is very much underrated, but is the glue that holds everything together and at HubSpot that is what really makes the magic.

Cons

Office closures due to Covid: very limited 'in person' experiences. Zoom calls and catchups make up for a lot, but starting in Covid time is just not perfect.
