      Growing very fast, difficult to keep up with all teams at the same time, but a lot of fresh ideas and motivation around

      Human beings not employees

      Pros

      - You are treated as a human being who has a life. Not just employee #28590 - Upper management are extremely transparent about their decisions. - Your goals are laid out by what would be best for the customer's, not HubSpot - Product building is aimed as customer impact/success. - People ops frequently roll-out new initiatives to help improve staff quality of life, this has been extremely prevalent during the covid-19 pandemic.

      Cons

      - I think with the hypergrowth there have been some issues with managers becoming Intermediaries between senior management and staff as opposed to working with staff directly. - Can be very American centric, like most tech companies.

      Sometimes a bit too much freedom (leaves a lot of pressure on the individual)
