      The pro services team is full of highly talented people in varied roles, really some of the best talent in HubSpot! Great team spirit and shared learning across teams Great focus on DI&B across all the teams Opportunity for everyone to get involved in developing newer elements of the team Love the focus on global collaboration working with global colleagues Recently real focus on changing the org for the future.

      Cons

      Need to do some work on career paths within the org because it's smaller for clearer career growth paths Need to do some work on recognition for this team like other service teams they are not celebrated as much

      Pros

      Fantastic culture: consciously making an effort to combat systemic racism, pioneers in terms of diversity and inclusion. Amazingly adapted to the new normal. Also offers fair compensation that is transparent and annually reviewed.
