Pros

Good product but has fallen between the cracks - doesn't work well for Enterprise, and is too expensive for SME given alternatives.

Cons

Poor standard of Sales management. Mostly former reps or corp bootlickers whose only tool to manage is to clobber people over the head with random KPIs. That will also change frequently to whatever they need to make it so that it's always your fault. You can get lucky, but it's exactly that - pure luck. Most people will be on a PIP at the end of their ramp, and it's a fight for scraps in terms of good fit leads. I use the term leads lightly - as most of what's available to source is hot garbage. If you are thinking about joining now, you're about 6 years too late.

Pros

Great product and great investments being made into the product.

Cons

Was once one of the best places to work. Sales reps are under paid and over worked. Company is quick to PIP a rep and fire them before they even get a chance to get off the PIP. Leaderships feedback to reps in every meeting is to "Call more", senior sales reps have become micromanaged back into becoming full time BDRS. High turn over, reps are here and they are gone.

Pros

Colleagues were nice and working from home full time

Cons

Company oversold perks at interview and did not follow through. Manager did not provide proper support, was told to skip training and start making calls, then reprimanded later for not doing the training in my own time after work hours. Expected to make as many calls as possible throughout the day, then spend my time doing emails and client notes after hours. Constant micromanagement and excessive meetings throughout the week with the manager. Was told to do unethical things to gather higher sales. Seen half of the team in the span of less than a year resign from this team for the exact same reasons.
