Pros

Product is excellent Investing heavily in AI/innovation

Cons

The sales culture here is awful. Management has 0 empathy for anyone, and there’s a huge churn and burn culture. It’s really a shame because it wasn’t always this way.

Pros

- good WLB, but depends on team - people are nice - comp is great for fully remote and if living in LCOL area, other it's meh for NYC/SF

Cons

- career progression used to be fast but has slowed down - headcount used to be easy but has also slowed down (i.e. more likely you're team will be short handed) - stock price volatility means that equity comp is meh/unreliable - idk if the company is on the best growth path for long term, it doesn't feel like a rocket ship - over longer term time horizon, benefits are getting lesser... cost cutting measures?
