Pros

Awesome product and market fit. And it’s only getting better.

Cons

Sales culture has changed so much in the last year. They are firing people for being 90% of their trailing 9 months and firing new hires after 3-4 months. It has gotten really bad and has become really toxic. A lot of the managers and directors as just robots who have no spine or character. If you’re looking. I would hold off for a bit to see what the hell is going on. Either they want to cut folks because they over hired or layoffs are coming. But HubSpot it’s not what it was and it has gotten worse.
